The Royal Range RR‑10 features ten open‑top burners and two standard ovens, built to handle high‑volume sautéing, boiling, simmering, roasting, and baking in busy commercial kitchens. Each lift‑off burner delivers 30,000 BTU beneath durable 12" x 12" cast‑iron grates with pilot shields for stability during continuous use. Independent manual controls allow precise heat adjustment across the entire cooking surface. Combined, the range provides a powerful 370,000 BTU output.
Designed for demanding restaurant environments, the RR‑10 is constructed with stainless steel front, sides, valve cover, kick plate, backguard, and an 11" high shelf. Stainless steel burner and pilot tubing ensure long‑term durability, while a full‑width drip tray and grease can collect runoff during operation. Each oven includes a chrome rack with heavy‑gauge, five‑position guides and a porcelain interior for easy cleaning. The oven pilot system features a safety shutoff valve for secure gas operation.
